Not surprised the bigguns aren't showing if even more carp have been put in as there's that many small ones in there already really cant see why the place needed more carp there will soon be more carp then water , if the catch rates are that poor then people need to change tactics not add more fish . Even in the middle of winter 20 carp a day out of there is easily achieved the place is that easy to fish , if there were less fish the growth rates would increase dramatically rather then the stunted slow growing ones that you will have by putting more in Angry

Anyone tried here lately? Went up Thursday pm, tried everything with me, worm, pellet, maggot, corn at depth and halfway. Not a sniff of a fish  Cry

Finally broke my run of blanks, fished yesterday caught a nice mirror carp, left happy  Cheesy Grin

had a cracking day here on monday.
arrived nice and early so had the pic of the pegs.
set up. umberella up (and boy did it rain later!!!)

if my maths is correct managed to haul in 45lb of carp, common and mirror ranging from 5.5lb up to my biggest ever common at 11.25lb!!!

also managed to pull in a couple of very nice prch and a roach.

my best days fishing ever!!!!!!

caught on a veriety of stuff. Two on the method, with a large strawberry soaked corn.

others were on double maggot one white the other red, over a pellet bed (secret recipe!!!)

hope to be off agaionnext week.

if your ever about, i'm the one sat under the wrap around broly!

tight lines guys!

sounds good ive fished there wen i was younger were my carp fishing started i found lucheon meat with a pva bag of it to cast along the reed produced the goods might nip down and give it ago thn Let me think  OK
